Ghanaians they say, arguably, are the most fashionable on the continent of Africa, from the days of extravagant and daring Kaba and Slit designs on shows like “FASHION ON THE MOVE” on the national television by fashion icons like St. Osei, Kofi Ansah, etc. the local fashion industry has also undergone tremendous transformation with a crop of young and talented designers taking the industry by storm and unleashing exquisite designs which are capable of competing anywhere around the globe.
One of such designers is Jeanne Oti, C.E.O. of the OJEANNE CLOTHING LINE who organized a mini fashion show last week at her Community 10 residence in Tema.

The Woodin inspired event presented the invited guest with a blend of Western easy-to-wear styles put together with Woodin African fabrics in what the designer described as “URBAN MEETS TRADITIONAL” when asked by the MC for the night, Adom FM's DR. DUNCAN on how she will classify her creations. And inline with the over all theme of the event, the prescribed attire for all invited guest was sexy chic Woodin or African prints.

The event, which also coincided with the designer's birthday, presented a barbeque style atmosphere and interactions with the fashion enthusiast who graced the occasion with a performance from a Tema based hip-life group from their up and coming album.
