PDP CALLS ANAMBRA MEMBERS TO ORDER
By Henry Umoru
ABUJA-WORRIED by unresolved political bickerings in the state, Anambra State Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, has urged its members to refrain from politics of acrimony, blackmail and character assassination.
In a statement, yesterday, by the Zonal Secretary, PDP South-East, Mr. Vincent Okpalaeke, PDP noted that the actions by some politicians in Anambra State were designed to malign, stop, as well as attempt to disqualify others from contesting for party positions.
He said: 'In the spirit of our great party, Peoples Democratic Party, we urge our Anambra brothers and sisters to emulate our counterparts in other zones in their dealings with each other.'
