Christmas Day Bomb Blast Rocks Catholic Church Outside Abuja

San Francisco, December 25, (THEWILL) – There has been a massive bomb blast inside a Catholic Church in a town called Madula located between Abuja and Niger State, THEWILL can report.

THEWILL gathered that the bomb exploded during the Christmas Day Sunday Mass at St. Theresa Catholic Church.

Multiple eyewitnesses say there are many casualties. It is however not clear howmany have died.

The impact of the blast destroyed the church which is said to be on fire.

Boko Haram, a terrorist group operating mostly in Northern Nigeria has claimed responsibility for several deadly bomb incidents in that area.
