Jonathan Congratulates Buhari On His 69th Birthday

ABUJA, December 16, (THEWILL) - President Goodluck Ebele Jonathan has congratulated Maj.-Gen. Muhammadu Buhari (rtd.) on the occasion of his 69th birthday anniversary which comes up tomorrow, Saturday, December 17, 2001.

In conveying birthday greetings to the former Head of State, President Jonathan prayed that Almighty God will continue to bless him with good health.

“As you celebrate your 69th birthday on Saturday, 17th December 2011. I write to congratulate and felicitate with you.

“I join your family, friends and well-wishers to thank God for the richly fulfilling life He has endowed you with and pray that He continues to prosper you and bless you with good health.

“On behalf of my family, the Government and people of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and on my own behalf, I wish you a most Happy Birthday,” the President wrote according to a release by Presidential Spokesman Reuben Abati.
