1. As Spirit Beings for countless seasons, Holy Children of AFRIKAMAWU have no need for physical Food but only feed themselves on spiritual Food. For countless million seasons, Spirit Beings in the invisible Continental AFRIKA need only their spiritual Attunement to their Spirity to get all their Earthly needs and wants satisfied and fulfilled automatically for the benefits of all Creation.

2. But as Spirits turned into Human Beings, Children of AFRIKAMAWU discover the need to use both their physical and Spiritual Senses as well as feed on Food (physical and spiritual) as a way of maintaining a Balance between their physical and Spiritual needs as both visible and invisible Beings in the Holy Garden of AFRIKAMAWU in Continental AFRIKA.

3. By perpetually living in tune to their Divine Self, Children of Mother Continental AFRIKA, know what is Food and what is not. Their living in tune also means their ability to communicate directly with the Spirit of the various Food Beings that flourish in the Garden of Continental AFRIKA, how they should be Divinely plucked, handled and eaten.

4. In this way, Children of MAMAAFRIKA move from one place to another in the holy company of Positive Spirits turned into Positive Food for their enjoyment, comfort, pleasure and life. The more they see Food as a Divine or Spirit Life Giver and as a Life Sustainer, the more honor and praise they give to the limitless abundance of Food that live and adorn Continental AFRIKA with their limitless Power of Divine Growth and Procreation.

5. As the world's first Food Experts and Food Gatherers and Food Eaters, Children of the Sun know as long as they maintain perfect Balance between their physical needs for Food and the right of the Food to exist without extinction, they will always bless themselves with all the Food they need and want in limitless abundance to satisfy their hunger. As far as they are concerned, hunger exists not to torture Human Beings but to serve as a regular reminder to them that it is time to service themselves. As far as children of MAMAAFRIKA are concerned, Food is Divine and Life in Immortality. Without her, no physical Life is possible.

6. Far from spending their Expertise, Time and Energy chasing Food, Children of AFRIKAMAWU know living is more than chasing and eating Food. Living for Food alone or becoming slaves to Food is virtually unknown or unheard of. Any time they are hungry, Food of all kinds, sizes, shapes and tastes walk to them for their Positive choices that respect and acknowledge the need for a Balance between the satisfaction of their needs and those of the Food Beings they enjoy. Hoarding of Food or worry and anxiety over Food is also virtually unnecessary to children of Mother Continental AFRIKA. As long as they remain in tune to the Spirit of the Food they need and want, their hunger is no hunger but an opportunity and a chance to serve themselves with the best of their Creator's gifts of life to them. To the Food too, human hunger is also a golden opportunity for them to give or share the best of themselves with those who need and want them.

7. And as long as all the various Food in the Divine Garden of Continental AFRIKA live in tune to their Divinity too, they too are sure, confident, and believe to be the world's first sacred and divine Food and Life Power ever trusted by the world's First Human Beings on Earth.

8. And because, different Food items as Spirit stay in tune to the Divine Power of the Creator AFRIKAMAWU within them, they too have the inner limitless Power to live perpetually healthy and ripe without getting rotten or going bad. The Divine Energy from other Forms of Life to which they constantly remain in tune, flows to them with new Vitality that keeps them perpetually young, fresh and ageless. This makes lack or scarcity of Food unheard of and completely unknown to Children of MAMAAFRIKA in their three million season old Holy Garden of AFRIKAMAWU.

9. In the same way, for three million seasons, the taste of Food remains the same whether cooked or raw. That is why for countless million seasons as Spirit Beings and three million seasons as Human Beings, AFRIKAMAWU Children need and know no Fire to make their Food more palatable or healthier. Their living in tune to each other means protection and perfection for all Forms of Creation. So, to avoid getting rotten, bad or harmful, all they need to do is to remain constantly plugged to their Positive Spiritual Batteries within them for a guaranteed Limitless Power that will protect them against any forms of deformation, sickness or suffering.

10. From the miracle of Ancient Continental Afrikan Spirits giving birth to themselves as the world's first Human Beings, to the miracle of the world's first Science and Technology of Walking, children of MAMAAFRIKA move to the next revolutionary phase of their full transformation from Spirithood to full Continental AFRIKAN HUMANHOOD in the holy Garden of AFRIKAMAWU in Continental AFRIKA.

11. By constantly living in tune to their Spirity as Spirit People in Human Flesh in Continental AFRIKA, children of MAMAAFRIKA know from within them, the Spirit Language of each Divine Being, mortals call Food in the Garden of Peace in Continental AFRIKA. As Spirit manifested into Food of all kinds, Children of MAMAAFRIKA learn to distinguish what is Positive Food from what it is not, which one to eat raw and which one to cook, how to eat, grow, nurse, harvest and protect her from extinction or destruction.

12. As far as Children of MAMAAFRIKA are concerned, Positive Food is Natural Food. Positive Food is divine. Positive Food is sacred. Positive Food is life. Positive Food is everything. To treat her with total respect is to treat themselves with total respect too. That is why, to AFRIKAMAWU Children, it is a taboo to eat and talk at the same time because the mouth that eats does not talk. Eating is a divine act and service they perform in honor of their Creator AFRIKAMAWU and all Creation. Eating in perfect silence is therefore the Divine Prayer their grateful hearts say to the Limitless Power of the Food that feeds and sustains them as life for Life.

13. While Spirit Beings need no physical Food to live on, mortals know they cannot do without Food. Talking therefore while you eat is therefore unheard of let alone possible to Children of Mother Continental AFRIKA. Eating and talking at the same time is considered impolite, disrespectful and rude to the grave and divine memory of the Food that they eat to sustain themselves with.

14. As the world's first Food Experts and Gatherers, children of MAMAAFRIKA live in total Peace, Harmony and Communion with the various Food items that people gracefully in their countless numbers, every part of their sacred Garden of Abundance in Continental AFRIKA. The more they multiply, the more Food they have to feed themselves with. By constantly living in tune to the Holy Spirit of the Food they need and want, children of MAMAAFRIKA learn to banish from their lives all traces of Food shortage, Food scarcity, Food wastage, famine, hunger and starvation or death. In this way, the world's first Science and Technology of Food Gathering requires on the part of children of MAMAAFRIKA perfect knowledge and understanding of the Spirity of Food as well as the Spiritual Principles that govern their daily limitless Manifestation and Harvest for the enjoyment of all Creation.

15. The Science and Technology of Food Gathering also means the ability of Children of MAMAAFRIKA to move from one Food to another without being hurt. It also means, their ability to establish, maintain and sustain a healthy working relationship among the Mouth, Teeth, Throat, Stomach and the Spirit of the Food without causing any imbalance or instability in the order of Creation.

16. As the world's first Food Gatherers, they learn to rely, trust, have faith and confidence in the ability of their Feet, Hands and Fingers to work with them in Peace and Harmony in the daily harvesting of all the Food they need and want in life. Hence, to them, hoarding of Food is totally unknown and unheard of. It shows total lack of trust and faith in the Creator AFRIKAMAWU'S ability to feed all her Creation in accordance with how Positively or Divinely in-tune they are.

17. Hence, to know, master and practise daily the Science and Technology of Food Gathering is to know how to share what they are given freely and in great limitless Abundance. Just as Human Beings re-create and multiply themselves with the Limitless Power of the Divine AFRIKAMAWU within them, in the same way, every part of Creation including Food comes to life on her own as the Spirit turned into the physical. As Spirit, each Human, Animal, Plant and Mineral Life, or Being or Creation comes here with his or her own Spiritual Agenda, Mission and Personality that are different from those of other forms of Life or Creation. Hence, total Respect for every Form of Life, to children of Mother Continental Afrika, is therefore, capital in their daily satisfaction of their daily needs and wants in Life without which chaos, greed and desolation become the order of the day.

18. That is why, to the world's first Human Beings in the Sacred Garden of AFRIKAMAWU in Continental Afrika, gathering of Food is a divine, religious and spiritual Act and Mission that is always done in total Respect to the Life that is being temporarily plucked or gathered. As long as it is done positively and for a noble cause, the plucked or uprooted Food is not plucked or uprooted but is on a Noble Divine Mission of satisfying life needs and wants in accordance with the Ancient Continental Afrikan Law of Self sacrifice. This explains why even before your Ancient ones cut a Tree, pluck a Leaf or gather Food for a worthy cause, they always ask permission from the Spirit of their victims as a way of paying homage to them.
