It was a night of surprises and big thrills at the much anticipated 2011 edition of Nigerian Music Video Awards as Jodie, Darey, and Nodash emerged the biggest winners of the night scooping 2 plaques respectively.

Tagged 'celebrating our cultural heritage', the awards took place on Sunday 27th, November at Expo Hall, Eko Hotels and Suites, Victoria Island, Lagos.

Budding songstress, Jodie emerged the winner of two awards; the Best Highlife Video and the biggest award of the night, the Video of the Year.

Darey on the other hand walked away with the Best R'n'B Video and the Best Use of Costumes while Nodash clinched the award for the Best Cinematography and Best Editor.
