Breaking News: Court Orders NDLEA to Release Baba Suwe

A Lagos High Court sitting in Ikeja, Tuesday, ordered the release of Nollywood comic actor, Babatunde Omidina,a.k.a Baba Suwe. However, the court gave till Friday,4 th of November, for the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) to obey its order, if

 Baba Suwe does not excrete the drug alleged to have been concealed in his stomach.

  The trial Judge, Mrs. Yetunde Idowu, who had ordered the NDLEA to produce Baba Suwe in court today, said the NDLEA lacked enough evidence to continue to detain him as the comedian is said to have already excreted over 15 times without any trace of drug found in any of the faeces sample.
