The government said the presentation of the Certificate of Recognition should not be abused because it was temporary.

This warning came as acting executive members of AMORAN received the certificate of recognition in Abeokuta, Ogun State capital on Friday.

It will be recalled that the state government decided to proscribe the Union, following the recent clash that erupted between the two factions in the state.

At the presentation of the certificate, the Special Adviser to the Ogun State Governor on Parks and Garages Development Board, PAGADEB, Mr. Bola Adeyemi, noted that executives of the unions should not encourage undue rivalry that could lead to confrontation between the two associations.

He said: 'You know you have been on this struggle for a very long time so, the executives should remember that they are in the acting capacity. Nothing is permanent yet. Be warned, if you flout the laws of the state, you can be removed at any time because you have not been licenced to foment trouble. We have informed all the security agencies in the state about you so do not take laws into your hands.'
