One of the stories making rounds in the industry now is how female film maker Emem Isong dumped top actress cum producer, Uche Jombo when she needed her assistance most.

According to the gossips although Uche Jumbo's premiere of her movie Damage was star studded, the rumour is that she had a falling out with her pals Emem Isong and Desmond Elliot.

The trio of Emem Isong, Desmond Elliot, and Uche Jombo have always been perceived as a family who will support each other and work together, especially with the founding of Royal Arts Academy.

Before the birth of this Film Academy cum Production Company, the dark skin screen diva has written a lot of scripts alongside Emem Isong, which were produced by her. From the days when the film entitled, Games Men Play was written and produced; these “inseparable friends” have worked together in many movies.

Soon after the launching of Royal Arts Academy, Emem and Uche co-produced Holding Hope, which they premiered early this year, where all the Royal Arts family shook the paparazzi at Silverbird Galleria. Described as the fantastic three they had the aura of one family who were ready to support each other surrounding them that night.

Of course,Uche played a major role in the last film premiered by Royal Arts Academy, produced by Emem Isong,Monalisa Chinda and directed by Desmond Elliot entitled, Kiss and Tell. Not only that, she was present at the red carpet event during the premiere.

This was gave fillip to the gist of crack within the fold of friends as Emem, Desmond and Monalisa shunned the premiere of Damage.

Emem's younger sister cum personal assistant told us that Emem was not at the premiere because she traveled to US since July. People doubted the truth behind her claims as according to them; another arrangement would have been made to accommodate the whole friends if all was well.

The absence of Chinda and Elliot was another indication that suggested that there could be an agreement to leave Jumbo alone with her movie.

Meanwhile, some are saying Jumbo separated herself from Royal Arts Academy, the in-house budding movie production company, and rather chose to produce and premiere Damage movie under her own company called Uche Jumbo studios.
