By NBF News

ASABA-Former governorship aspirant of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, in Delta State, Mr Sunny Onuesoke, President Delta Ijaw Core Support Group, Mr Godwin Masah, and two members of Delta State House of Assembly, Mr Dan Yingi and Mr Kennedy Daubry, yesterday, commended the victory of Governor Emmanuel Uduaghan at the tribunal, saying that it was God at work.

They said that it was a victory for democracy, advising  Chief Great Ogboru to join hands with the PDP led administration to move the state forward.

They noted that it was common knowledge that the case would be won by Governor Uduaghan in view of the court order that he (Ogboru) was not validly nominated by the expected 50 party members.

Onuesoke and Masah said, 'the decision of the Federal High Court at Asaba, revealed to us that Uduaghan will be victorious at the tribunal. This was why we told our people to be patient and wait for the tribunal judgment.'

While Yingi and Daubry on their part thanked PDP faithful, who have been supporting Uduaghan  from onset, saying that they would not be disappointed, stressing that Governor Uduaghan will disappoint his critics with developmental projects he had embarked upon in the state.
