N130 Billion Fraud: Militants threaten to kill NDDC Boss and Ten Others
For allegedly siphoning about N130 Billion meant for development projects in the Niger Delta area, a nascent Militant group has threatened to kill the Managing Director of the Niger Delta Development Commission, NDDC Mr. Chibuzor Ugwoha and Ten other top Management staff of the agency.

Others listed for execution includes: Dornu kogan S.A Legal/Admin Aham aka dollar S.A Finance Barrister Kaltungo Moljiego Head due process George Alabo, Ihuoma PA, Gender Ailine legal Dept Mfon Daniel Mgr Procurement unit Engr Anyakwo of UIDW Dept Engr Dappa Technical adviser Mrs Solomon UIDW.
The group in a letter signed by one General Mgbolo Atawo sent to the State Security Service, SSS, the Inspector General of Police, Chairman of the Economic and Financial crimes Commission, EFCC, the Independent Corrupt Practices Commission, ICPC and the Secretary to the Federal Government and exclusively obtained by Pointblanknews.com warned that it can no longer condone the monumental fraud going on in the NDDC.
The militant group alleged that while contracts in the agency are unduly inflated, 60 per cent of the companies enjoying contract awards from the agency are owned by senior staff of the NDDC.
It alleged that Since December 2010, tenders have been sold outright. With prices ranging from N18 million to N20 million for tenders on a 1 km road project valued at about 100 million naira adding that contractors who are willing to connive are given tenders and they pay the money outright to the MD's cronies.

The Rot in the NDDC....The possible execution of a Con-Thief called Chibuzor Ugwoha and His Cronies.
Since the creation of the NDDC by the obasanjo administration, despite the fall of several MD's and Chairman (sam edem) none of them have actually been tried for corruption cases as the need be thereby giving the recent managing director and CEO, chibuzor ugwhoha the impetus to loot the commission dry. OR HOW CAN HE (CHIBUZOR) EXPLAIN THE EXCESS AWARD OF CONTRACTS FOR THE 2010 BUDGET ABOVE BUDGETARY PROVISION WITH ALMOST HALF THE PROJECTS IN THE BUDGET STILL UNAWARDED? A CLEAR CASE OF STEALING THROUGH THE AWARDING OF PROJECTS NOT IN THE BUDGET FOR HIS OWN FINANCIAL GAIN TO THE DETRIMENT OF THE LEGITIMATE PROJECTS IN THE BUDGET.
NEVER in the history of the commission have the brazen means of corrupt enrichment been practiced in the commission like it's been done under the present MD/CEO. Chief bode George was tried and convicted for gross abuse of his office and award of contracts without due process to the tone of 100 billion naira which is child's play compared to the sleaze going on under chibuzor ugwhoha. As at today the man and his co thieves( EXCLUDING WITH DUE RESPECT THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTORS AND CHAIRMAN WHO HAVE BEEN SIDELINED BY THE FOOL UGWOHA ) have used their positions in the NDDC to steal over 130 billion naira for their personal gain.

They act as middle men for the MD and facilitate the funds accrued from such illicit transactions abroad. Also, within the due process office that is in dire need of engineers, architects and quantity surveyors, you find lawyers holding sway with impunity and stealing funds through the outright hijacking and sales of tenders to contractors like their boss does. Notable among these ones, is one MFON JONAH DANIEL The woman in question is a staff and has worked against the ethics of civil service by abusing the position she occupies in the due process office and stealing from the federal government by selling tenders outright to contractors and using the proceeds in millions of naira for personal use.
Another greedy animal stealing the commission dry is one George Alabo working in connivance with Mr. Kaltungo who is head due process in the NDDC. He personally singles out his projects of interest and gets the engineers and surveyors to inflate the value of the said projects, for example a particular road project in delta state was initially valued at 87 million but this same officer under the instruction of UGWOHA re-scopped the same project and presented same to ugwhoha led management for a whooping sum of 280 million naira. Which he maneuvered and got approval for his own company, thus stealing from the Nigerian government indirectly. Or how can this said officer account for the house he has in Abuja worth over 870 million naira and also a house In Houston USA. A mere civil service officer with all these properties??? He MUST account for these.
Same treatment goes for the old fool and thief ENGINEER ANYAKWO who is using his office to out rightly steal from the commission in connivance with his BOSS and GRAND THIEF, chibuzo Ugwhoha. HE MUST BE EXECUTED!!
For Mrs Solomon, she has proved to be the longest serving secretary to sit on a sit with consecutive directors because of the fear that if she is changed from that seat she occupies now, the new secretary will unravel the rot she sit on as secretary to director UIDW. We will give the NDDC management 4 weeks to relocate her out of that seat she has occupied for over 10 years now, upon which she is allowed to continue to steal projects using her position to doctor contractors documents and get contracts for herself, we will be forced to EXECUTE her too.

It's so unfair and pathetic that the EFCC and POLICE do not see the need to stop this wicked scheme. Only some months ago th e country was scandalised when the EFCC announced that it had traced millions of Naira to the accounts of a civil servant, Dr. Suleiman Shuaibu, currently the director of finance in the Ministry of Petroleum, and his former deputy in the pension office, Mrs Phiana Chidi. It's of note that these two cases will be child's play if and when they investigate the accounts of the listed persons above and won't see billions of naira in such accounts.
The truth is the NDDC is a bastion of corruption and for a fact, if the authorities won't do something to stop the trend, the warlords of the creeks have heard the cry of the youths in the cities and will start up a revolution by forcefully sending those criminals out of office through the outright EXECUTION of these animals that want to keep stealing from the system to the detriment of all.
The NDDC was set up with the intent of not only bringing infrastructural development to the region but also to help curb unemployment and lack through.
Provision of full time employment in the form of staff opportunities to Niger delta indigenes.
Provision of contracts to non-staff that are registered contractors but also indigenes of the region.
Sadly, these 2 fundamental issues have been eroded by the devastating level of outright stealing by some members of staff saddled with the responsibilities of awarding contracts only for them despite being gainfully employed to gather and award themselves contracts to the peril of the non-staff and contractors. Unfortunately, the MD in the person of chibuzor ugwhoha is incompetent and unwilling to stop these sleeze cause he is also corrupt and a big time thief.
How can the MD justify having a nurse cum part time lawyer named MFON JONAH DANIEL as a principal officer in the procurement unit when the NDDC has competent engineers and surveyors that can run the department perfectly?
The said nurse turned lawyer was stationed at the NDDC clinic throughout Mr. Timi Alaibe's tenure as MD where her training rightfully belongs. But with an incompetent man like chibuzor ugwhoha on the saddle, the same lady smuggled her way into the procurement unit and now uses her position to corner lots of contracts to herself which we need remind you violates the tenets of her employment as a staff of the NDDC, thus portraying a scenario of gross abuse of her office using here position. It is to our understanding that she removes and delivers tenders for the director admin who is chairman staff rotation committee that is saddled with rotating staff from department to department, in other to appease her and curry favor there, by securing her position in the procurement unit and not being removed from that department. And also director education , one Mr Osmond, who happens to be her boyfriend.
It is no longer news that the chibuzor's administration is plagued with corruption to the extent that tenders for contracts for jobs below 250 million were sold from source to buyers who were able to pay as much as 15% of total sum to these cartels. The same nurse/lawyer sold off 12 different road tenders and went off buying cars.
Mr. President, IS THESE FAIR! With so much hardship facing young men and women that come from the niger delta region??
You had appealed to us to stop violent disposition and embrace amnesty, which we did. But as it is now Your Excellency, some people CANNOT hold us hostage on our rights. IF the listed persons are not investigated especially the useless woman and thief MFON is not arrested and investigated and thereafter removed from the procurement unit and returned to the clinic where she used to work as a nurse or the legal department , and also that greedy thief George alabo arrested and investigated for the source of all his wealth while in civil service, we will be forced to commence KIDNAPPING and removing them permanently from that position and from the commission through outright EXECUTION . And that would herald the continues kidnapping and execution of any other staff identified as soliciting for and getting contracts.
In this regard, we want to state clearly here that we would give a check time of 40 days to allow for elections and see if the EFCC would commence investigating these mentioned names by even checking with the CAC, the owners of companies that won the loads of road contracts in the just concluded 2010 budget and see if 60% of the owners of this companies are not staff of the commission, using their position to upturn due process and get these contracts for themselves. If at the expiration of this 40 days and nothing is done, we will commence KIDNAPPINGS and DEADLY EXECUTIONS on the NDDC of these mentioned personnel. We all know there is no security for them on their way home from work and while they are at their homes after work.
AS FOR CHIBUZOR UGWOHA, WE WILL WAIT FOR HIM FOR AS LONG AS IT TAKES FOR HIM TO LEAVE OFFFICE AND NO LONGER HIDE BEHIND THOSE SECURITY DETAILS AND FINISH HIM OFF, HE IS A DEAD MAN WALKING AND NO AMOUNT OF CONTRACT OR CASH OR APPEAL WILL REFUTH THIS DEATH SENTENCE ON HIS HEAD. WE SWEAR ON OUR DEAD PARENTS AND RELATIVES WE LOST FROM THE CURROPT PRACTISES OF THIS FOOL THAT WE WILL STARTEGISE AND KILL THIS BASTARD AT THE RIGHT TIME, HE MUST PAY WITH HIS LIFE FOR ALL THE FAMILIES HE DENIED A MEANS OF LIVELIHOOD THROUGH BLOCKING THEM FROM GETTING THE LITTLE CONTRACTS THEY HAVE BEEN GETTING ALL THESE YEARS ONLY FOR HIM AND HIS BOYS TO TAKE ALL. WE HAVE SHADOWED HIM FOR 2 MONTHS NOW AND DON'T WANT TO KILL INNOCENT PEOPLE WITH A MASSIVE ATTACK ON HIS CONVOY, BUT ALL THE SAME AT THE EXPIRATION OF THIS THREAT, IF THE GOVERNMENT DOES NOT ARREST HIM FOR CONTRACT FRAUD FOR AWARDING CONTRACTS NOT IN THE BUDGET FOR THE ONES ORIGINALLY PLACED IN THE BUDGET, WE WILL ATTACK HIM NOT MINDING THE LIVES TO BE LOST BUT MAKE SURE HE DOES NOT LIVE TO ENJOY THIS MONEY HE HAS STOLLEN AS MD OF OUR NDDC. HE MUST BE EXECUTED!!
THIS IS NOT A RUSE BUT A CLEAR THREAT FROM MILITANTS TO CLEANSE THE ROT IN THE NDDC. WE WILL VISIT VENGANCE BY EXECUTION ON THESE 10 MENTIONED PEOPLE THAT HAVE BEEN CHEATING THE REGION DRY. SINCE THE FEDERAL GOVERNMET AND SECURITY AGENCIES CANNOT HELP US, WE WILL HELP OURSELVES BY TAKING THE WEED OUT OF THE SYSTEM.
