Shekarau picks running mate

 
The All Nigeria Peoples Party ANPP in consultation with the presidential candidate of the party, Malam Ibrahim Shekarau has nominated the Deputy National Chairman of the party, Chief John Odigie - Oyegun as the vice Presidential candidate.

Born in August 1939 in Warri, Delta state, Chief Oyegun is currently the Deputy Chairman South of the All Nigeria Peoples Party ANPP.

Chief John Oyegun, a 1963 graduate of Economics from the University of Ibadan is a retired Federal Permanent Secretary and was the former Governor of Edo State in the Second Republic.
