ETISALAT FREEBIES: WE ARE COMMITTED TO RAISE THE BAR -WAEL AMMAR
Etisalat Nigeria 's Chief Commercial Officer (CCO), Wael Ammar, has reiterated the company's resolve to raise the bar in customers' satisfaction in all the countries where it operates.
Speaking recently during the unveiling of 'Reloaded Easy Cliq', he explained that the enhanced Easy Cliq was a demonstration of commitment to providing superior products and services that would enable customers maximise the benefits of being on a network reputable for innovation and world-class service. Adding that 2010 was a remarkable year because subscribers base increased from less than three million in 2009 to close to seven million subscribers at the end of the year.
'Easy Cliq is refreshed to offer maximum benefits and exciting communication experience for our youth who form an essential part of our subscriber base. the fun-filled features which came with easycliq at launch in May 2009 (unlimited SMS, free midnight calls, Talk 'n' share, Bonus on in-coming calls and one cliq, one tune) still exist on the package, our constant research into the habits, behaviours and ever evolving lifestyle of our youth subscribers led to improve the easycliq product giving them greater opportunity to use and do more with data. The refreshed product offers existing and potential subscribers the opportunity to enjoy discounted rates when they stay connected to their friends, family and loved ones with the introduction of two new services; the 'Cliq for the Week' and 'Cliq for the day'.
He noted that Cliq for the Week is available to all Easycliq subscribers by default and rewards our subscribers with a 2-level instant bonus of data and MMS. To enjoy the reward from Cliq for the Week, a subscriber is required to make a recharge of N200 or more in a week; and get an instant reward of 15MB free data and 10 free MMS.
'To confirm free 'Cliq for the Week', all a subscriber needs to do is to dial *232# for an SMS notification on available free MMS while a dial to *228# will notify subscribers on the amount of free data to be enjoyed.
For 'Cliq for the day' which offers discounted call rates, a subscriber simply needs to dial *330*1# or send 'ON' to 330 and subsequently receive a notification confirming their subscription, to benefit from the tariff proposition. Subscription to 'Easy Cliq for the day' can be confirmed by dialing *330# or by sending 'HELP' to 330. To opt out of the plan, subscribers just need to dial *330*2# or send 'OFF' to 330.'
