Jonathan Wins PDP Presidential Ticket

President Goodluck Ebele Azikiwe Jonatha has emerged as the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, presidential flagbearer in the April 2011 Presidential election. President Jonathan scored with 2,736 votes to defeat former Vice President Atiku Abubakar who got 805 votes. Sarah Jibril, the only female contestant scored just one vote.
