Oceanic Bank Pledges Support For Aero Contractors

Oceanic Bank has assured the management of Aero of the bank’s total commitment and support in the growth and expansion of the airline.

Speaking during a courtesy and solidarity visit to the airline head office on Tuesday, the Group Managing Director of Oceanic, John Aboh said: “I want to assure you that we are out there to support Aero because the bank is proud of Aero’s success in the aviation industry. We want to assure the staff and the general public that the bank is fully committed to support Aero.

“We are proud to associate with the Aero. The airline has proven what it means for a country to have what it can call its own. Aero has positively projected the country’s image in and outside the shores of Nigeria, and will continue this by ensuring that the airline’s brand values are maintained and sustained with excellent service delivery which the airline has been known for.”

Aboh urged the airline to continue to maintain its safety standard and efficient services, with that he said the bank would not hesitate to reinforce funds to the smooth running of the airline business. Aboh likened the relationship with the airline as a marriage standing strong even after the storm, adding that the success of the carrier would bring more economic growth to the entire nation.

The management of Aero and Oceanic also paid a courtesy visit to the managementof the Nigerian Civil Aviation Authority [NCAA], where the team was received by the acting DG of NCAA, Engr. Patrick Ekunwe. Mr. Aboh repeated the commitment of Oceanic to assist the airline meet all its financial obligations and expansion plans.

Responding Engr. Ekunwe said the agency is pleased by the commitment of Oceanic to Aero.
