At last, it seems hyperactive singer cum producer, Terry G, is on his way to some finesse and calmness. An indication of this new development emerged during the week when frontline artiste management/label support services outfit, Now Muzik unveiled he and 2007 Idol West Africa winner, Timi Dakolo, as their new artistes. The duo joins the finest breed of Nigerian artistes including Tu Face Idibia, Tunde and Wunmi Obe, Ruggedman and Paul Play among others being managed by the outfit.

Chief Executive Officer, Now Muzik, Efe Omoregbe, says, 'We are confident in the qualities that these artistes possess; their talent level is satisfactory. Our belief is that we can better harness their potentials while they focus on making good music.'

On controversy-prone Terry G, O'We don't shy away from artistes like Terry G because some of these so-called controversies might not exactly be his creation. Basically, he needs a management team that can plan his itinerary and tours and engagements. He has so much on his table and he can't do it all. Continuing, he says, 'Essentially, we want to match his talent with proper business management, project him as a real brand and take so many burdens off him because there is a lot he can achieve when there is absolute concentration.'

According to Omoregbe, the outfit is already working on an early 2011 release of Dakolo's long awaited debut album.
