RESEARCH POSITIONS HONEYWELL NOODLES FOR MARKET TOP RANGE – CEO

The management of Honeywell Superfine Foods Limited, a subsidiary of Honeywell Flour Mills Plc, has expressed confidence that the Nigerian noodles consumers will experience high quality taste with its new Honeywell Instant Noodles.

According to the Executive Vice-Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Honeywell Flour Mills Plc, Mr. Folaranmi Odunayo, the introduction of the noodles brand was bound to excite Nigerian noodles consumers in view of its high quality taste and nutritious values, which he described as standing the new brand out of others in the market.

He said, 'The instant noodles market is growing steadily as more consumers come to appreciate the value of Noodles as a highly nutritive and convenient easy-to-prepare food. 'Honeywell Noodles is being introduced to the market in order to set the pace for quality in the noodles category.'

Speaking on the new instant noodles, Senior Brand Manager, Mr. Sola Abati, expressed optimism on the success of the product 'because of the depth of consumer insight research and exhaustive product testing carried out to come up with the high quality noodles.

According to Abati, 'Another striking attribute of the new instant noodles is the innovative product packaging, which is uniquely different from the existing trend in the Nigerian noodles market.

'Our packaging is beautiful and very different from others. This is what instant noodles consumers had been yearning for.'

Earlier, the Commercial Drector, Honeywell Superfine Foods Limited, Mr. Lanre Jaiyeola, had described the company's brand as 'a unique instant noodles with nutritive content, innovative packaging and value for money. Our products are world-class in standards, as we are ISO 9001; certified and they are registered with relevant regulatory authorities.'

He added that the 'new instant noodles, which comes in Chicken, Onion. Seafood and Curry flavours, will meet the volume and profit objectives of the company's key partners.'
