NDDC Expresses Tinubu Commitment To Transform Niger Delta Region

The Governing Board of the Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC) has expressed commitment that President Bola Ahmed Tinubu would develop and transform the Niger Delta region into a zone of development.

This was disclosed by the Chairman of the NDDC Governing Board, Chiedu Ebie at a two-day strategic retreat held by the Commission’s board and management in Akwa Ibom state.

Ebie noted that Tinubu inaugurated the board as part of his goal to develop the region and dispel the negative narratives that once plagued the Commission. He called for the reintroduction and re-establishment of coordinated development to restore the regional course of development, also to implement ideas of responsible development.
