Photos: Protests Over Lekki Toll Gate

San Francisco, August 19, (THEWILL) – Some resident in the Lekki-Ajah area of Lagos State today protested over the toll gate on the Lekki-Epe Expressway, causing a nightmare for road users.

The protesters blocked the expressway this morning around the Chevron roundabout carrying placards with slogans such as ‘No tolling, No Fencing.’

Commuters heading towards Victoria Island and Ikoyi from Epe were those seriously affected by the traffic jam.
