Chief Coach of Sunshine Stars Football Club of Akure, Solomon Ogbeide, and the team manager, Rasheed Balogun, have been sacked by the management board of the Ondo State Football Development Agency (OSFDA).

Also relieved of their positions in what could be described as a Tsunami in the Ondo State-sponsored football clubs are the Chief Coach of National League side, Rising Stars, Zachary Baraje and the Team Manager, Okey Nwabekee, as well as the team manager of the Sunshine Queens, Wale Fabuyi.}

Media Officer of Sunshine Stars, Mrs Taiye Fabuwiyi, who disclosed the development after Monday's meeting by the management board of OSFDA further disclosed that coach Gbenga Ogunbote had been named the chief coach of Sunshine Stars, while coach Aborogua Gabriel replaces Balogun the team manager.

Coach Sunday Ereretus and Ayo Abukola were appointed chief coach and team manager of Rising Stars respectively, while Tunde Fabuyi replaces Wale Fabuwiyi as team manager of Sunshine Queens.

Daily Sunsport, however, gathered that the Chief Coach of Sunshine Queens, Marouf, was retained in his position.

Although no reason was given for the sack of the officials of the various clubs, Mrs Fabuyi said that the management of OSFDA wished the affected officials the best of luck in their future endeavours.
