Court Of Appeal Reinstates Bwacha, Binani As APC Governorship Candidates For Taraba, Adamawa States

The Court of Appeal siting in Yola has upheld the governorship candidacy of All Progressives Congress candidates, Emmanuel Bwacha and Aisha Binani for Taraba and Adamawa states respectively.

The Appeal Court, in its judgement delivered on Thursday, set aside a ruling by the High Court nullifying their candidacy.

The Court also ordered that the names of reinstated candidates be forwarded to the Independent National Electoral Commission as the APC governorship flag-bearers for both states.
