BUKKY WRIGHT SHUNS GOD-DAUGHTER

The launching of Opa Abo, a new movie by Bose Alao which held at the weekend could be described as short of expectation due to the low level of attendance.

Not only was the Memorable Centre, venue of the event scanty, it was also shocking that the supposed sponsor and pillar behind the event, Bukky Wright was not in attendance.

It was gathered from a reliable source that Bose had a fall out with Bukky Wright over the date fixed for the launching. The source said that Bukky had requested that the date be postponed because of her other engagements but the celebrant insisted on going ahead with the launch.

It was also bad enough that the artistes slated to perform at the event; Danfo Drivers and Abass Obesere did not show up. None of the movies faces was sighted except for Majeta Funmi Martins who is a personal friend.

Those that graced the occasion were the representative of the Ojora of Lagos, Baale of Aderomi Ifelodun Lateef Olateju, Baale of Amukoko Wasiiu Balogun, Alhaji Akinola Rasheed (C.E.O. Sonray International), Mrs. Shesan Oshobajo, Mr. Taiye .H. Lawal (C.E.O Tosal graphics), Mr&Mrs Greg Odutayo (Royal Root Communications).

Musical performance by Awesome Abbey, Golden crown troupe from Zimbabwe,and MC Abbey for comic relief.
