Just In:  WhatsApp Truncated, Users Unable To Send, Receive Messages

The instant communication app owned and operated by Meta company, 'WhatsApp', has been truncated in early hours of today, October 25.

As at the time of filing this report, WhatsApp users in Nigeria are unable to send or receive messages on the app.

WhatsApp outage was noted few minutes past 8:00 Tuesday morning (WAT) and is yet to be restored.

As observed, the outage has prevented sending messages to groups, while personal messages display only one tick, an indication that they are sent but not delivered.
