Soludo Tours Roads In Fegge Onitsha, Awards Awka, Okpoko, Ekwulobia Roads For Construction
As part of plans to deliver the best infrastructure to Ndi Anambra, Governor Chukwuma Charles Soludo embarked on inspection tour of some strategic roads in the state
He paid an inspection visit to Venn Road, New Market Road, Port-Harcourt Road Fegge, Bridge Head Market Road, Niger Street Road Fegge, Creek Road Fegge, Orlu Street Fegge, Ziks Avenue Fegge and Oraukwu Street Fegge to ascertain their condition with a view to determining how best to commence
Governor Soludo said that the visit is in fulfilment of his campaign promise to the people.
"It's the job given to us by the people. We will continue to do our best to deliver on them. I decided to come by myself because I want to feel what my people pass through as this will help me determine the best for them", Soludo added.
Meanwhile, the following roads have been awarded by Governor Soludo for construction. They are:
AWKA
1. Club (Abakaliki) Road (2.078km).
2. Regina Caeli to Y Junction (1.173km).
3. Millenium Industry – INEC – Ekwueme Square (1.762km).
4. Unizik Temp Site – Okpuno – Isuaniocha Junction (6.847km).
5. Chukwudifu Street (0.297km).
6. PPSSC – NECO office Road (0.473km).
OKPOKO
1. Obodoukwu road Obodo-Owerri Rd 5.77km.
2. Oguagu- Ik Onuorah-Anumudu-Mgbuka- Amazu-Owerri Rd -2.97km.
3.Edeh Road-School rd-Awalite - Ojoto-Owerri rd 1.48km.
4. School rd- umuobom Street-Ojoto Street Junction -0.58km.
5. Umuobom st (Ojoto st Junction-Adazi ani street- Owerri Rd- 0.77km.
