Seek Professional Help - Internet Safety Advocate, Rotimi Onadipe  Advises Victims Of Pornography Addiction

An advocate of internet safety, Mr. Rotimi Onadipe has stressed the need for people who are addicted to watching pornography to seek professional help before their addiction becomes uncontrollable.

Mr. Onadipe gave the advice in Ibadan on September 24th, 2022 at a weekly awareness program on internet safety, initiated by his organisation to educate the public about how to prevent internet abuse.

According to him, "most people that are addicted to watching pornography feel ashamed to share their experience with professionals that can help them. This is also the major reason why many of them find it difficult to recover from their addiction.

He added that In most cases, pornography addiction is more destructive than drug addiction because we are in the technology age and victims of pornography addiction can always access the internet any time they want to watch pornography.

In his concluding statement, the internet safety expert said, "my advice to anyone addicted to watching pornography is to seek counseling from professionals as soon as possible before the situation gets worse."
