Huriwa To President Muhammadu Buhari-: You Watch As Your Kinsmen Are Causing Chaos Every Where:

Wonders Why Miyetti Allah Chieftain Is Not Arrested For Threatening National Security:

By Human Rights Writers Association Of Nigeria (HURIWA)

"The idea that some group of people will traverse the length and breadth of the Federal Republic of Nigeria causing chaos through bloody violence for land grabs and the central government does nothing and now this man who goes about as the leader of one of the MIYETTI ALLAH CATTLE OWNERS ASSOCIATION has openly threatened insurrection and rebellion to constituted authorities in the Federating units by announcing that he will set up armed vigilantes all over Nigeria and that everywhere in Nigeria belongs to his Fulani ethnic group but for over 24 hours after the news filtered out brazenly from such a character who does not mean well for Nigeria, the Nigerian government has been in an absolute 'I DON'T CARE MOOD.' This grave threat to national security must be confronted by all Nigerians since it would seem that the group threatening every other Ethnicities has powerful support in the corridors of power in Abuja. NIGERIANS MUST WAKE UP OR BE ENSLAVED FOR Life."

With this affirmation, the Prominent Civil Rights Advocacy group-: HUMAN RIGHTS WRITERS ASSOCIATION OF NIGERIA (HURIWA) has condemned the threats to national security as contained in the public statement attributed to the national president of Miyetti Allah Kautal Hore, Bello Abdullahi Bodejo that his ethnic group of Fulani will govern Nigeria forever and that his group will set up a 100, 000 strong Security platform to operate in all parts of the Federal Republic of Nigeria even when he is well aware that Nigeria exists as a Federalism with multinational Ethnicities and Religious affiliations that are indigenous to different communities in the 36 states of the Federation and the Federal Capital Territory in Abuja. HURIWA has also called on governors of the Southern States to prevent this threat and harm from being unleashed on their people. "All measures must be put in place to counter this satanic plot by these people who are creating so much security instability all over the North of Nigeria with support of officials of the federal government."

HURIWA recalled that the same group had through one of their regional leaders had justified the attacks of some communities in Plateau and Benue States by suspected armed Fulani herdsmen leading to the killing of thousands of villagers and the forceful take over of their farms and for years now the Federal government failed to arrest the man who clearly accepted responsibility for those dastardly attacks and till this moment not one person has been prosecuted for those bloody attacks by armed terrorists drawn from Fulani herdsmen. "It is very clear that these killings may even be funded by some elements within government."

"Around June 2018 there was a mass killing of at least 86 people who were attending a funeral event in Plateau state and then the MIYETTI ALLAH official was quoted in the media as saying the genocide was an act of revenge following an earlier attack, the cattle rearers' groupAt that time the POLICE that failed to stop the killing said 86 people were killed in several villages while six persons were injured in the attack that lasted between 1p.m. and 8p.m.But residents said over 120 people were massacred in separate attacks at different locations. However the media ran the story that the chairman of the north central chapter of Miyetti Allah Cattle Breeders Association of Nigeria (MACBAN), Danladi Ciroma, condemned the attacks.

Mr. Ciroma however said in a statement that the attacks were "retaliatory".

"These attacks are retaliatory. As much as I don't support the killing of human being, the truth must be told that those who carried out the attacks must be on revenge mission," he said.

"Fulani herdsmen have lost about 300 cows in the last few weeks - 94 cows were rustled by armed Berom youths in Fan village, another 36 cows were killed by Berom youths. In addition to that, 174 cattle were rustled., he had claimed."

HURIWA regretted that President Muhammadu Buhari is not handling the killings of other people by his KINSMEN as much as any civilised governmemt should tackle the criminality of mass killings in accordance with the law just as the Rights group said it was this protection they (armed Fulani herdsmen) enjoy from the Presidency that gives them the boldness to just talk anyhow even at the risk of endangering national Security by stoking Ethinic divisions and imminent threat of war against law abiding communities in their Ancestral lands. "Nigerians of other Ethnicities must wake up and smell the coffee. This bold statement from this man who has access to the seat of power in Abuja must be taken seriously. This is a carefully planned and articulated agenda of his people to destroy Nigeria".

HURIWA stated that the open threat by
the National President of Miyetti Allah Kautal Hore, Bello Abdullahi Bodejo, by saying that the Fulani own Nigeria and will rule the country forever amounted to open threats to a declaration of war on other non Fulani speakers and constitutes serious danger to national security and inter-ethnic harmony just as the Rights group said it was totally unacceptable that such an open threat to declare war on other communities was made by the MIYETTI ALLAH official and yet he has not been arrested and prosecuted for treason but yet the publisher of Saharareporters Omoyele Sowore was clamped into detention by the Department of State Services(DSS) for months and is being prosecuted over his threats to organise civil protests against President Muhammadu Buhari. "Sowore was said to have insulted Mr. PRESIDENT and he was detained for over 5 months. Now someone has threatened war against others and because he is from the tribe that controls all internal security architectures, he is seen as a sacred cow who is above the law. This is an attempt to destroy Nigeria."

HURIWA recalled that the MIYETTI ALLAH OFFICIAL Alhaji Abdullahi also revealed that his organisation had concluded arrangements to flag-off its own security outfit with about 5,000 to 100,000 vigilantes to be deployed across all the states of the country just as he said that Fulani don’t need permission from anyone to settle in any land of their choice because Nigeria belongs to them and they founded it.

HURIWA has therefore called on Nigerians to speak out and demand the arrest of this man who if not checked will stoke the embers of Inter-Ethnic war that will destroy Nigeria just as the Rights group said there are possibilities that some forces controlling power at the center may actually be planning large scale genocide which the group said must be tackled by the citizens of Nigeria all around the World.
