DSS Arraigns Ambrose Nwaogwugwu at Owerri Magistrate Court, Case Adjourned till 19th

The Imo State Command of the Department of State Security Services, DSS, today arraigned the Director General of the New Media of Imo State chapter of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, Ambrose Nwaogwugwu at the Owerri Magistrate Court, Orlu road for alleged forgery, impersonation, defamation and libel.

After brief Court session today, the DSS presented a 7 count charge against him that was centered on forgery and defamation, the case was later adjourned to 19 June, 2020

Meanwhile, the accused, Mr Ambrose Nwaogwugwu has been moved to Owerri correctional service facility pending the hearing and determination of his bail application.
