THE FEAR OF LA CASA

Talk about one of the best celebrity hangout in town today, La Casa Habano tucked away in the inconspicuous building of Lagoon Plaza on Ozumba Mbadiwe, Victoria Island, Lagos will take the lead.
But despite these attributes and fantasies one thing that has become a subject of discussion amongst the loyalists of this pub is the management's laissez-faire for emergency exit.
La Casa which is tastefully furnished and has some understated décor is fashioned after western world pub, this has added a lot of sophistication to the place as top Island big boys and gals besiege it. But those who throng the place virtually every day like bees are said to be nurturing the fear to escape should the unexpected happens. The fear of this has actually become the beginning of wisdom to some of them that are wise enough.
An informed source whispered to IDC that the landlord of the plaza has severally sent warning signals to the occupants of the building that the plaza was constructed purposely for office usage and not meant to contain such a large number of people.
The Folarin Coker's owned pub, as IDC learnt is depreciating in patronage, the reason, as I further learnt is the situation of the emergency exit which is like a life saver in western world.
