Dr Brimah asks in this video, why will Nigeria's vice president not come out clear and state whether or not he signed any instruments whatsoever under any name to the tune of N640 billion while president Muhammadu Buhari was away on medical leave?
Additionally Dr. Brimah asks, do Sections 6 (1) and 8 (1) (2) of the NNPC Act say "Council of ministers" must authorize the contracts or deals or the or "President" as NNPC and vice president claimed.
