Khalifate Engineering Bags Award Of Excellence In Minna

Nigeria’s fast rising and Kontagora’s very own engineering firm, Khalifate Engineering has bagged the award for EXCELLENCE in the just concluded Minna Branch, Nigerian Society of Engineers award Night.

The award which was presented in the Night of 29th of April, 2017 at the Shiroro Hydro Power Station, was in recognition of the firm’s quality service delivery in Engineering and Infrastructural Development Especially in Road Construction.

Founded on 16th February, 1958 by a group of young Nigerian graduate engineers and students in the UK, the Society was inaugurated at the Nigerian House in London. The NSE is registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission as a company Limited by guarantee as the umbrella organization for the Engineering Profession in Nigeria, the Nigerian Society of Engineers.

The body looks after the professional needs of members through well structured programmes and regular interactions among the different cadre of membership, enhancing high professional standard and ethical practices in Nigeria.

Speaking shortly after the evening, Engr. Lawal Musa who accepted the award on behalf of the management and staff of the firm, thanked Almighty Allah for the honour while dedicating the award to #TeamKhalifate, past, present and future clients who believed and will believe in the vision, mission statement of the firm and most importantly, the quality of service delivery.

The award is usually organised to promote competence amongst engineering firms and it workforce development in Nigeria, it is further aimed at recognising, celebrating and rewarding policy makers, innovators, think-tank, academicians, investors to mention but a few in the sector.
