The Nigeria National Anthem Old and New Vs. Looters National Anthem
Old:
Nigeria we hail thee Nigeria we hail thieves
Our own dear native land Thieves dear selfish land
Though tribe and tongue may differ Through poverty and wealth may differ
In brotherhood we stand In selfishness we stand
Nigerians all, and proud to serve Nigerians thieves, and proud to steal
Our sovereign Motherland Our sovereign looters land
Our flag shall be a symbol Our Naira shall be a symbol
That truth and justice reign That cabals, rituals and jungle justice reign
In peace or battle honour In organized disaster or bloodbath honour
And this we count as gain And this we count as rascality, infringement and insane
To hand on to our children To hand on to our immediate family
A banner without stain A banner with tears, hunger, blood and injustice
O God of all creation O Satan of all evil deceit
Grant this our one request Grant this our one more loot intention
Help us to build a nation Help us destroy a nation
Where no man is oppressed Where all men are oppressed and deplorable
And so with peace and plenty And so with conflicts and scarcity
Nigeria may be blessed Nigeria may be recessed
New:
Arise, O compatriots, Nigeria's call obey Arise, O thieves, Nigeria’s call disobey
To serve our fatherland To serve our selfish land
With love and strength and faith With hate and weakness and wickedness
The labor of our heroes past The work of our looters past
Shall never be in vain Shall ever be in vain
To serve with heart and might To serve with sentiment and force
One nation bound in freedom, peace, and unity. One nation bound in bondage, conflicts, and selfishness
Oh God of creation, direct our noble cause Oh devil of deceits, direct our selfish intention
Guide our leaders right Guide our looters corruptly
Help our youth and truth to know Hurt our youth and lies to know
In love and honesty to grow In hate and dishonesty to fail
And living just and true And living fear and lie
Great lofty heights attain Great pompous depths attain
To build a nation where peace and justice shall reign. To form a nation where conflicts and injustice reign.
