AROCHUKWU-OHAFIA FEDERAL ROAD PROJECT: A PROMISE WELL KEPT

When l told my people that this road (Arochukwu-Ohafia federal road project) will receive adequate attention under my representation, many thought it was a mission impossible.

When the grading started last year December, many thought it was politics as usual, Yes plenty water has passed under the bridge, a lot of high wired propaganda against this common good that will bring a brand new lease of life to our people. Just an undue and not necessary in-house politics, but being your representative, I persevered that my people must have a better road that has eluded us in the last 23 years.

Today I am glad the contractor is back to site, delivering a quality job that will cover the entire arterial up to ABIRIBA Enachioken the constituency boundary North wards.

Once again, I sincerely want to thank my constituents for believing in my capacity to bring FG's attention to this Road. Most importantly and to other critical collapsed federal infrastructure dotting the length and breadth of Abam,Ihechiowa,Ututu,Isu,Arochukwu, Ohafia Nkporo and Abiriba clans.

Special thanks to the Governor of Abia state ,Dr.Okezie Ikpeazu, for following up on the project too . We are proud of you.

Also to the Minister Of Works, H. E Babatunde Fashola, for his unprecedented favorable disposition and assurances towards the completion of this Major Spine Road traversing the Federal Constituency.

The Minister of Budget and Economic Planning, Sen. Udo Udoma, A fine gentleman, for his sincere commitment and spontaneous action on the subject matter from day one (24/06/16 ).

Above all, President Muhammadu Buhari, for his love to the people of Ancient Arochukwu and irrepressible people of Ohafia federal constituency.The asphalt overlay has gone beyond Ugwu Akuma Arochukwu, towards Abuma Ututu..

I promise to follow up the project to its logical conclusion In record time.
