Rivers United get cash reward, to train in Madrid

Rivers United have been rewarded with a cash gift of N500,000 each and they will train in Madrid according to Rivers Governor Nyesom Wike after they qualified to feature in next year's CAF Champions League.

Coach Stanley Eguma will receive double this amount.

Rivers United were runners-up of the past season with 60 points from 36 matches.
