Senator Abe Condemns Assassination Of Boris, Others...Urges IGP To Probe Killing

Senator Magnus Abe, All Progressives Congress (APC) candidate for Rivers South East Senatorial District in the legislative re-run election, has called on the Inspector-General of Police, Ibrahim Idris to investigate the gruesome murder of Hon. Boris Neenwi and other APC stalwarts by unidentified gunmen in Nonwa Tai, in Tai Local Government Area, on October 3, 2016.

In a statement issued in Port Harcourt and signed by Mr. Parry Saroh Benson, Spokesperson to Senator Abe, stated that the deceased until his death was a strong supporter and loyalist of Senator Magnus Ngei Abe who has always stood his ground against criminality and all forms of molestation.

Abe said that a full and unbiased investigation would unravel those behind the dastardly act and restore the people's confidence in the security agencies.

He described the deceased who recently completed his law degree program from the University of Maiduguri and hail from Yeghe in Gokana Local Government Area as a man of integrity, an advocate of peace and progress.

He prayed God to grant the family and friends the fortitude to bear the irreparable loss.
