Adamawa APC Exco Pledge To Be Loyal To Governor Bindow

The Adamawa State Leadership of the All Progressives Congress (APC) led by the party chairman, Alhaji Ibrahim Bilal, paid a courtesy call on the state Governor, stating that the national leadership of the party instructed them to be loyal to Senator Muhammed Umaru Jibrilla Bindow being the party leader in the state.

Bilal stated this when the party EXCO paid a courtesy call to the Governor at the government House, saying that the national leadership of APC stated categorically that all party functions of the state should be passed through the state Governor.

He pleaded for forgiveness for all the mistakes of the past and for areas where they have been disloyal to the Governor or offended him,he pledged their loyalty to the Governor henceforth.

He emphasized that the national leadership is commending the Governor for his hardwork and people oriented projects in spite of the challenge of lack of funds.

While displaying a letter of their authenticity as party officials given to them by the National EXCO to the Governor he said that they grateful for the laudable projects is in embarking in the state.

In his response Governor Bindow says he's okay with the letter from the National Headquarters and says his priority is to ensure that the party is strong in the state and dividends of democracy is delivered to the people.

Bindow says as the leader of the party in the state he welcomes everyone who wants to join APC in the state and underscored the fact that, it is because the party in the state is doing well that is why people are struggling to join the party.

He called on all leaders and people in the state to join the APC. Insisting that the opposition in the state is been crumbled by the defection of Markus Gundiri and Nuhu Ribadu to APC in the state.

He called for unity in the Adamawa project and prayed that the only thing that will ensure progress in the state is unity.

Governor Bindow announced that the Yoldepate and Vunoklang roads will be flagged off on Thursday 28th July by 10am prompt.

Governor Bindow ceased the opportunity to also state that very soon the salary arrears of local Government workers, teachers and health workers will be paid soon.
