Sheikh Abdul Waheed, Vice President, (ICCI ) Greets Amirul Mumineen Sultan Muhammadu Sa’ad Abubakar-Iv , Sultan Of Sokoto On The Happy Occasion Of Ramzan

On the Holy Month of Ramzan, Sheikh Abdul Waheed, Vice President, Islamabad Chamber of Commerce & Industry (ICCI) has greeted Amirul Mumineen Sultan Muhammadu Sa'ad Abubakar IV who is the 20th Sultan of Sokoto , the titular ruler of Sokoto in Northern Nigeria and the entire Nigerian Nation.

Sheikh Abdul Waheed, Vice President (ICCI) also lauded the personal efforts of Amirul Mumineen Sultan Muhammadu Sa'ad Abubakar IV to bring peace, harmony and unity in Federal Republic of Nigeria for the better economic future of Nigerian nation.

He said: “it is only by embracing peace and unity, the Nigerian Nation can achieve the desired needs and development of Federal Republic of Nigeria”.

Sheikh Abdul Waheed, Vice President (ICCI) said that Amirul Mumineen Sultan Muhgammadu Sa’ad Abubakar IV remained his personal friend and close associate during his Military Career as Defense Attaché of Nigeria in Pakistan and also prayed for the “Progress, Prosperity, and territorial integrity of Federal Republic of Nigeria”

On this occasion, Sheikh Abdul Waheed has also appreciated the personal efforts of Nigerian President, Muhammadu Buhari to transform Federal Republic of Nigeria into a great “Economic Tiger of African Content” by addressing issues of Corruption, Terrorism, Food Security, Agricultural Revival and Employment Generation.

From 2003 to 2006, Amirul Mumineen Sultan Muhammadu Sa'ad Abubakar IV served as Defence Attaché of Nigeria to Pakistan (also accredited for Iraq, Saudi Arabia, and Afghanistan). Upon his elder brother, Sultan Maccido's death, he was recalled to take office as the 20th Sultan of Sokoto and retired as a Brigadier General .
