ALLEGED BLASPHEMY BEHEADING: KANO POLICE ARRESTS TWO

The Nigerian police force kano state command have confirmed the arrest of two of the suspected youths that beheaded an Igbo woman yesterday at kano popular rubber market Kofar Wambai for blasphemy allegations.

The state Police public relations officer DSP Magaji Musa Majiya disclose this to newsmen while answering questions this evening at the state Police Headquaters Bompai. He stated that while two suspects has already been arrested, while inveestigations is in progress. The Kano Police spokesperson assured the public that whoever is found culpable will face the full weight of the law.

While responding to questions on the where about of her husband, he said that the police already rescued him from the angry youth.

Meanwhile, normalcy has returned to the market with heavy presence of security agents around the market and some major parts of the state most especially Juma`at mousques.
