A Minor In Edo Sue CP Chris Ezeike For #50,000,000.00 Over Unlawful Detention

A 15 year old boy (Joe Enamino) who was arrested inlieu of his father over communal crisis in Auchi by the exploitative Anti Cultism Unit under the watchful eyes of CP Chris Ezeike has drag the Commissioner of Police, Chris Ezeike to Court for the enforcement of his fundamental human rights.

The 15 year old child is seeking an order of court directing the Commissioner Of police to pay him the sum of fifty million naira (50,000,000.00) only as relief for the infringement of his fundamental human rights. It must be noted that the minor was arrested by proxy on the 27th of February, 2016 at Auchi contrary to Section 7 of the Administration of Criminal Justice Act 2015 which stipulates that " A person shall not be arrested in place of a suspect" The minor spent good 10 days with hardened criminals in detention when he was supposed to be doing exams.

The Inspector General Of Police and Police Service Commission should redeploy Chris Ezeike now before implementation of the people's Power Revolution.
