Delta Deputy Speaker Congratulates, Barr. Otuaro On His 48th Birthday.

Deputy Speaker, Delta State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Friday Ossai Osanebi has congratulated His Excellency, Barr. Kingsley Otuaro, Deputy Governor of Delta State on the occasion of his 48th birthday anniversary.

In a message of felicitation, the Deputy Speaker thanked God for the life of the Deputy Governor, his unalloyed loyalty to the Governor and ever increasing dedication to the Delta Project. Osanebi stressed that the Deputy Governor deserves the prayer of all as he turns 48.

Osanebi said, "On behalf of my family, the people of Ndokwa East, I wish to felicitate with an elder brother and leader, the amiable Deputy Governor of Delta State, a party stalwart and leader of inestimable value Barr. Kingsley Otuaro on the occasion of his 48th birthday anniversary celebration.

The Deputy Speaker said that the life of the Deputy Governor exemplifies commitment, diligence to duty, perseverance and humility.

“It is therefore pertinent to note that the Deputy Governor has been a major factor in the delivery of good governance and this we are optimistic will continue.” The Deputy Speaker was quoted as saying.

The Deputy Speaker commended the Okerenkoko born leader for providing effective leadership for the people which has helped in delivering prosperity to the people of Delta State.

Osanebi enjoined the people of the state to pray for long life for the Deputy Governor so that he will continue to wax stronger in uplifting the state of the virtuous.

“We pray that Almighty God will grant him long life and the grace to continue to do that which will benefit Delta State and the country at large”.
