Today Jimeta town the Capital of Adamawa state and the Administrative base of Yola North Local Government have witness an unprecedented mammoth crowds chanting all songs of solidarity to an All Progressives Congress Aspirant of the Local Government Area ,Alh. Mahmood M. Abba.
The "Man of the people",no "other aspirant like you", "is you we want in Yola North" were the kinds of praises showered on him expressing to have a total support to his aspirations.
The humble and Gentle Abba whose sense of humor and down to earth personality has given him a big name in the politics arena of Adamawa state as a Political Bridge Builder of Jimeta who will stand to build the party and support the performance of Muhammadu Buhari at the grass roots in Changing Yola North for good.
While addressing thousands of his supporters on picking his nomination and declaration of interest forms to aspire for the Chairmanship position of Yola North LG, Abba Emphasise that his coming out is to make sure people of Yola North taste the good side of Buhari administration,bringing them closer to the state Government as Bindow led administration is already doing well in terms of roads constructions,water and power generation.
He said:
"What i have and will ever have is belongs to my people, because people of Jimeta makes me who I am today, I will make sure we forms a strong Party that will link us up with the government at the central".
" I will bridge up all gaps created by our predecessors in order to have a peaceful united party,free of internal rancor and crisis, my Government if given the Chance in sha Allah will revive the dwelling economy of the Local Government".
"I believe in my party and I know the party will be fair to every one aspiring for one position of the order".
" I will make sure every system of the economy of my area is working, I'm an experienced civil servant and our Land is heavenly endowed with a lots of minerals resources that I can use my knowledge to harnessing them for high internally generated revenue" (IGR)
The support garner by Mahmood Abba was as a result of his philanthropical nature of helping those either in distress need or not.
His solidarity team took him to APC Local Government Secretariat where many described him as a giver per excellent, who do not need much introduction and regarded him as the only Strong aspirant they have in Yola North and he stands unbeatable being a Bridge Builder to to many people and party members.
