PDP Congress: Ali Modu Sheriff Should Be Given More Time Says Lawmaker

In preparation of the People's Democratic party (PDP) congress that is scheduled to hold by may this Year, a lawmaker in the Adamawa House of Assembly representing Madagali constituency, Hon. Emmanuel Tsandu says Ali Modu Sheriff should be given More time to organize a clean and a well accepted congress.

Tsandu is calling on all the party stakeholders to consider extending the party's Congresses for the simple fact that the Party under the leadership of Senator Ali Modu Sheriff need to have more ample time to know exactly the internal problem of the party that led to it's last mass failure so it can avoid future occurrences.

He said is strongly behind Sheriff despites all forms of allegations and accusations, knowing fully well that those allegations are only exist in the pages of papers and the media are using it to enrich themselves.

"Ali Modu Sheriff is barely 3 months in office and the congress suppose to be holding in less than 3 months to come as such he needs more time to organise the Party well for proper congresses". He said

He boosted that the party is going win any forth coming election as is now healing from all wounds sustained as a result of imposition.

" The major problem that led to our last defeat was widely believed to be an "impunity and imposition problem" and we are working out all issues and we are strongly coming out Strong."

"I'm assuring you that we are going to win any forth coming in the Nigeria especially in Adam as state". He added

" I see hope in our great party, i see our Party rebouncing in all states in this country". He concluded
