BEVERLY HILLS, March 26, (THEWILL) – A man believed to be the third fugitive in the Brussels airport bomb attack has been charged in Belgium with terrorism and murder.

Security forces engaged in a manhunt for the suspect, identified as Faycal C — and identified by local media as Faycal Cheffou — with investigators working on the theory that he could be the man in a hat and white jacket pictured with two other airport bombers, but whose device failed to go off.

About 31 persons were killed and 300 injured in the March 22 metro and airport bombs in Brussels, spear-headed by the suspect and two others still at large.

Belgians have planned a national solidarity march of mourning and a rally in the central Brussels square carpeted with flowers and tributes to the dead.

Brussels airport officials have declared that the airport will not be re-opened before Tuesday, as it implements new security measures and repairs on the departure hall wrecked by the bombers, believed to be from the Islamic State group.

Furthermore, another man arrested in Belgium, over a new plot to hit Paris, has been charged.

This confirms fears expressed by French President, Francois Hollande, of the existence of a single terror cell attacking both France and Belgium.
