The Kano state commissioner for health, Dr Kabiru lbrahimGetso pays surprise Visit

The Kano state commissioner for health, Dr Kabiru lbrahimGetso has emphasised on the need for health workers in the state to step up efforts in discharging their duties.

The commissioner made the assertion when he paid an unscheduled visit to Murtala Muhammad specialist hospital.

The commissioner, who expressed happiness with what he saw, pledged to look into some of the critical challenges bedevilling the hospital with a view to finding a lasting solution. Also the commissioner enjoined staff of the hospital to face their work squarely.

Responding on behalf of the entire staff, the chief medical Director of the hospital, Dr Nura idris thanked the commissioner for the visit which he said is timely and pledged to work tirelessly for the betterment of people in the state
