Adamawa APC Chairman Aim To Clean Rot Officials In The 21 LGAs

The Adamawa state All Progressives Party (APC) Chairman Hon. Ibrahim Bilal said the party will soon tour the 21 LGAs in the state to authentic it's officials and Members.

Bilal said this to our correspondent in Yola reiterated that is necessary because so many official and members of the party have decamped to other parties while others left the party for reasons of appointments and others also left the state entirely for reasons best known to them.

"As our President is working tirelessly to bring sanity in all sector of the country's economy so also we in the level of our party we want to clean up the party in the state right from the grass root to ensue sanity of party members." Bilal said

" we want to take proper records of our party membership and to make sure that the party is free from all unwanted elements that can jeopardise the progress of the party in the state and the country at large" He added

Ibrahim who is spearheading the affairs of the party on acting capacity refuted any faction has ever been in the state, recounted that all that led to the emergence of him and other party officials was done within the party constitution.

According to him the State Working committee ( SWC) after forming more than a quorum endorsed him as the party chairman and or heart official and that was what the National working committee (NWC) used to ratify them as leaders on acting capacity.

He continue to say those people succeeded in creating artificial party problem but as far as is concern and any loyal party member in the state there has not been an internal party crisis in Adamawa state. The party remain one and undivided.

Mean while one of the aggrieved member and party official holding the office of the organising secretary of the party,Alh.Ahmed Lawal who had earlier submitted that the NWC have violated party constitution to have brought Bilal without their notice.

Lawal shielded his sword and resorted to follow the biddings of the party stake-holders in the state as the party unity supersede any individual interest.
