BEVERLY HILLS, March 06, (THEWILL) –Winning an AMVCA has been likened to winning the Oscars…it is that much of a big deal for Africa. The 2016 Africa Magic Viewers Choice Awards has come to an end and while winners are no doubt jubilating, the hopefuls will return home to plan a winning strategy for the next award season.

Hosted by Ik Osakioduwa and Minehle Dlamini , the award show saw actors and actresses, media personalities and other celebrities step out in style at the Eko Hotel & Suites Lagos.

Funke Akindele , Genevieve Nnaji , Falz , Adesua Etomi , Frank Rajah Arase, Kemi Lala Akindoju , among others emerged winners of the night .
