ADHA Suspended Lawmaker: Isah Begs Bindow, Lawmakers For Forgiveness

A suspended chairman House committee on Budget and Appropriations of the Adamawa House of Assembly (ADHA), Hon Abdulrahaman Abubakar Isa who is representing Mubi South Constituency begs Government Muhamnadu Bindow, the state's lawmakers and the people of Mubi South over what he calls a "mistake" for him to have dragged his colleagues to court on ground of seeking for justice.

Isa issued a press statement and make it available to news men in Yola to show how remorse and sorry he is to the Governor and the lawmakers.

According to Abdulrahaman its imperative to sort for peace after the court passed the judgment against him and therefore lacks the jurisdiction power to entertain the case, therefore its purely within the strength of the House to solve their internal problem by themselves.

"The court ruled that it has no jurisdiction to entertain the case because it's an internal affairs of the House. I have accepted the court ruling in good faith as someone that believe in the rule of law".

The letter also contain and quoted Abdulrahaman saying: "I hereby wish to formally tender my apology to the speaker, Rt Hon. Kabiru Mijinyawa, the leadership and the entire Honourable members of Adamawa state House of Assembly".

Isa also in the letter tender his unreserved apology to Governor Muhammadu Umaru Bindow, the party leadership of the All Progressives Congress in Adamawa state and all his constituency people for.

He begs all hurts to accept his apology for it takes a big hearts of those offended and offender to say I'm sorry and to accept the apology.

He consider what happened as a mistake and experience that thought him many lessons in his political life.

But response from the Adamawa House of Assembly through the house public relations officer, Hon. Hassan Mamman Barguma said Abdulrahaman has to clear all court cases he instituted against the lawmakers for him to resume normal duty in the House chambers.

Recalled that Adamawa state House Assembly for the past three months suspended it's chairman House committee on Budget and Appropriation,Hon.Abdulrahaman Abubakar Isah over unruly behavior and given unsubstantiated information to the press on the last virement money acquired by the state Government.
