Nigerian Community In Pakistan (NCP) Holds Its First Meeting In Pakistan’s Federal Capital Islamabad Yesterday

The First Meeting of the newly elected body of Nigerian Community in Pakistan (NCP) was held in the Federal Capital, Islamabad yesterday which was largely attended by the Nigerian Community across Pakistan under the chair of the Incumbent President, NCP, Mr. Charles Emencheta who advised all the Nigerian Nationals in Pakistan to work hand in hand with Nigerian High Commission Pakistan to further strengthen bilateral relations between Federal Republic of Nigeria and Pakistan.

Incumbent President, NCP, Mr. Charles Emencheta thanked the Acting Nigerian High Commissioner, Ambassador Abdul Lateef Oyede and Head of Chancery Mr. Amino Abdul Qadir for making excellent and transparent arrangements of recent elections in the Federal Capital, Islamabad and Provincial Capital, Lahore.

He also thanked the whole Nigerian Community in Pakistan for their democratic support and assistance for the making the Election process of N.C.P a great success

Incumbent President, NCP, Mr. Charles Emencheta assured the Nigerian Community that N.C.P under the command of Nigerian High Commission Pakistan will do everything possible to protect the legal rights of Nigerian Nationals in Pakistan.

He termed the Nigerian Diaspora in Pakistan a great asset to the Federal Republic of Nigeria and added that efforts would also be made through Nigeria High Commission Pakistan to acquire land in the Federal Capital for “Nigerian Village” which would reflect the true picture of Nigerian traditional culture to the people of Pakistan.

At the conclusion of the meeting , Incumbent President, NCP, Mr. Charles Emencheta also assured the Nigerian Community that Visa Issues of Nigerian Nationals in Pakistan will soon come to an end as NCP body would take up the matter to Pakistani Authorities through Pakistan Nigeria High Commission as Nigerian Business community is currently playing a significant role to improve the economic and trade ties between our host country, Pakistan and Federal Republic of Nigeria.
