Incumbent President, Yoruba Community In Pakistaqn Abiodun Mustafa, Ilufemiloye (1) Thanks Lagos State Government For Patronizing Yorube Heritage  And Yoruba Patron Chief In Pakistan

Incumbent President, Yoruba Community in Pakistan, Chief Abiodun Mustafa, Ilufemiloye (1) and First Lady Mariam Mustafa (Filipino Lady) have personally thanked the Lagos Governor His Excellency Akinwunmi Ambode and Yoruba Patron Chief in Pakistan, Ambassador Abdul Lateef Oyede for patronizing the pre-eminence and rich cultural traditions/heritage of unique Yoruba culture as the Lagos State Government gears up its efforts for the Golden Jubilee Celebrations of the state next year in February,2016.

Incumbent President, Yoruba Community in Pakistan, Chief Abiodun Mustafa, Ilufemiloye (1) said , “ My deepest Gratitude goes to Lagos State Government for organizing great events to prioritize Yoruba Culture at Golden Jubilee Celebration of Lagos State next year beside congratulating the wife of Governor, Bolanle Ambode on her birthday observed yesterday.”.

On this occasion, Incumbent President, Yoruba Community in Pakistan also specially thanked Acting Nigerian High Commissioner to Pakistan, Ambassador Abdul Lateef Oyede who has always advised the Yoruba Diaspora in Pakistan to always maintain great Yoruba traditions and good ambassador of Nigeria in Pakistan.

Chief Abiodun Mustafa also disclosed that Yoruba Community in Pakistan established YNCP – Yoruba Community of Nigeria in Pakistan in 2004 to strengthen and further develop the bridge of friendship between Pakistan and Nigeria under the umbrella of Nigerian Community of Pakistan (NCP) and Nigeria High Commission Pakistan and YNCP has always played a significant role to enhance people to people contact between Federal Republic of Nigeria and Pakistan through display of Yoruba cultural performances on various state occasions and National Days of Federal Republic of Nigeria in the Nigeria High Commission Pakistan which always won the hearts of Pakistani community and diplomatic dignitaries including visiting Dignitaries from Federal Republic of Nigeria.

Chief Abiodum Mustafa also announced that a Delegation from Yoruba Community in Pakistan will, Inshallah, participate in the Lagos Golden Jubilee Celebrations next year to show solidarity with the Lagos State Government.

He also offered his sincerest appreciation to Yoruba Great Ancient Obas, Yoruba Royal Fathers, Paramount Chiefs and all Elders of Odua Kingdom for their continued glory and prosperity of Federal Republic of Nigeria.
