NSCDC Donates Food Items To IDPs In Yola

The Nigerian security and civil defence corps,NSCDC, has today (Wednesday )in Yola donated 20 bags of foreign rice and five 25lrt Gericans of groundnut oil to the internal displaced persons in Malkohi camp.

While given out the items on behalf of the Minister of interior, Danbazau, the state commandant, Mohammed Durimi Iya sympathise with the IDPs who have been suffering from all kind of untold hardship and as such deserve a constant visit to leverage their sufferings.

" We are here in fulfilment of a promised made and pronounced by the Minister of interior, urging all the service chiefs under his ministry to support the IDPs in Yola."He said

The gesture is predicated to the fact that NSCDC are also human being and felling the pains of this Nigerians that are passing through because of some selfish beliefs of other people (Boko Haram ) in the Nigeria.

He revealed that NSCDC are one of the security agencies in the country that first stake -in their life in the fight of insurgents in the country will continue to do that in order to safe guard Nigerians from the attacks of Boko Haram.

Durimi also said that training of their men in Jaji will soon commence to go back to the battle field in other to support sisters security organisations to totally Wade off Boko Haram in the country.
