NFF Head of Protocol, Ibrahim Abubakar Shot Dead

It is rather a sad one for the Nigerian Football Federation (NFF) especially as they set to honour some players who have made the country proud in football as its Head of Protocol, Ibrahim Abubakar, has just passed on.

According to the football body, Ibrahim, was shot dead by armed robbers in his house in Abuja in the early hours of today, January, 6th, 2015.

It was further disclosed that the late Abubakar's remains is beeng taken to Kaduna for burial according to Islamic rites.
